Actually it does matter because the moment fertilization occurs those are now living children and must be treated as such. This is worst than abortion because it is like having many voluntary abortions at once. This is against the fifth commandment because it is killing innocent babies on purpose and not giving them the chance to live. It is also violating it in that it is a sin against human dignity and also disrespectful to human life.
